GOI gives some relief to poultry industry by allowing 4 lakh MT of maize import.

09 July 2019, New Delhi. Ministry of Commerce & Industry has given some relief to the Indian poultry industry by allowing 4 lakh MT of maize under TRQ scheme 2019-20. Customs duty of 15% will be levied and only actual users can take benefit fo the scheme. The scheme is not for the traders as mentioned in the notification.

Govt extends Kisan Credit card facility to fishermen, animal husbandry farmers for working capital needs

Telangana faces deficit as paddy, cotton, maize sowing takes a hit
